By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions, but we reserve the right to refuse to supply goods or services at our discretion and without further explanation (so please be good).
As I'm sure you're aware, some of the items sold on this site contain small parts and are not suitable for children. Therefore, many items require adult supervision and should be kept away from small children due to potential choking hazards. Remember these are not toys (well, not children's toys anyway).
Offer and acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. This will not affect any order that you have made before these change appear.
The price you pay for is displayed clearly on the website and includes Value Added Tax for UK residents. While every effort is made to ensure that prices are correct at the time of your order, errors can happen. If this is the case Gotta Craft will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of canceling your order. A credit will be given to you by the same means as you paid for the goods.
A minimum order value of £10 applies to all payment methods.
We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or Debit Card (Switch or Visa) directly on-line at the time of order (UK only). We also accept payment by cheque or postal order payable to Gotta Craft, (UK only).
Payment by Cheque or Postal Order
Please allow 5 working days from date of receipt to Gotta Craft, for processing and clearance. Your goods will be posted to you once the cheque has cleared in our bank. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to; Gotta Craft

Please put your name, address, telephone number and cheque card number on the back of the cheque. Include on a separate sheet you items ordered and your email address.
Credit/Debit Card Security
UK on-line credit or debit card transactions are authorised and processed on a separate, secure server (as indicated by the 'golden padlock' at the bottom of your screen) by Protx. All transactions are fully encrypted using SSL technology. No credit or debit card information is collected or stored on the Gotta Craft server and we do not have any access to this information entered by you at the time of purchase.
Data Protection
Gotta Craft holds your order details on a secure database for the purpose of fulfilling orders only.
Your credit card details are not held by Gotta Craft and cannot be accessed after an order has been placed

Unlawful Provision
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.
Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.
