Postage to the UK is charge at a flat rate of £2.50. For postage outside the U.K please e-mail: info@gottacraft.co.uk for details

Delivery

We will despatch your order within 1- 3 working days if the items you have purchased are all in stock (see later regarding payment by cheque). However, this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.

All postage is by standard Royal Mail post or parcel service, so, as I'm sure you'll understand, we cannot accept liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay, or for any damage or defects to goods delivered that are caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

If any items are not currently in stock but expected to be available within a few days, we will notify you and hold your order back for up to one week and then despatch the complete order. If however items are out of stock for longer - we will advise you and you will be asked to check back and re-order when in stock next

Returns/Refunds and Cancellation of orders

Please email us within 7 days of receipt of goods if goods arrive damaged or are incorrect. We will replace or refund as required. - Please do not return the goods without contacting us first.

We will issue a returns number, which should be clearly marked on the parcel you are returning.

We are happy to refund items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the items come in sealed packs these items must not be opened.

You must pay the cost of the returned goods and are responsible for their safety during transportation.

When returning items please obtain a proof of posting as we will not accept responsibility for any lost in transit back to us.

Some items do not travel well in a jiffy bag please ensure all returns are packed in suitable packaging and returned in re-saleable condition.

If any returned goods arrive in non re-saleable condition we may only offer a credit of 50% to be used against a future order with us.
